About This Game
Nevada will host Idaho on Senior Day and look to avenge a loss to the Vandals from earlier this year. This season the Pack is 12-3 at home and hasn't lost at Lawlor Events Center since January 21, 2010.  A win on Saturday would give the Pack 11 conference wins this season which would set a program record for conference wins in a season passing the 1997-98, 2006-07 and 2008-09 teams that each recorded 10 conference wins.      

About the Nevada Wolf Pack
   Nevada is coming off a 61-59 win versus NMSU Wednesday.  Shavon Moore finished with 15 points, including a buzzer beater, while Tahnee Robinson led Nevada with 22 points.  Kayla Williams ended the game with 10 boards while Moore recorded nine.  
   As a team, the Pack is shooting 40.0 percent from the floor, 31.3 from three-point range and 70.9 percent from the free throw line.  Nevada is averaging 63.1 points per game while its opponents are averaging 61.4 points per game. The Pack is outrebounding its opponents by an average of 6.0 boards per game.  Nevada is averaging 8.5 steals per game and 12.4 assists per game.    
   The Pack is led in scoring by Tahnee Robinson (15.7 ppg), Shavon Moore (11.3 ppg) and Johnna Ward (9.3 ppg). Kayla Williams leads the team in rebounding (7.3 rpg) while Shavon Moore is second averaging 6.8 rebounds per game. 
    The Wolf Pack is coached by second-year head coach Jane Albright who has a 34-27 record at Nevada.

About the Idaho Vandals
   Idaho is 9-19 overall and 7-8 in WAC play.  The Vandals are coming off a 63-56 lost at home to LA Tech on Wednesday night.  Prior to that game Idaho had won three straight games.
   Idaho is led by Rachele Kloke (14.4 ppg), Shaena Kuehu (11.2 ppg and 5.7 rpg) and Yinka Olorunnife (10.5 ppg and 7.7 rpg). 
   The Vandals are coached by Jon Newlee who is in his second year at Idaho. He has a 22-34 career record at Idaho.  

Nevada News and Notes
-Tahnee Robinson recorded her sixth 20-point game of the season with her 22 points in Nevada's win over New Mexico State on March 3.

- Nevada's two-point win over New Mexico State was Nevada's slimmest margin of victory this year.  Prior to this game Nevada's smallest margin of victory was four points, 64-60, when Nevada played at New Mexico State on January 30, 2010.

- Shavon Moore, who scored 15 points against New Mexico State including 12 in the second half, hit the game winning shot for Nevada with 1.9 seconds left on the clock. Moore also finished the game with nine rebounds, one board away from a double-double.

- Nevada outrebounded New Mexico State by 17 rebounds marking the 20th time in 29 games this year the Pack outrebounded its opponent.  It was also the ninth time Nevada outrebounded its opponent by 10 or more rebounds.

- Nevada shot just 32.7 percent from the floor in its win against New Mexico State marking its lowest shooting percentage in a win this year. 

- With Tahnee Robinson scoring 22 points against New Mexico State and Shavon Moore adding 15, it marked the first time since January 16 at Hawai'i that Nevada had two players score 15 or more points in a game.

- The 10th largest crowd in program history (2,047 fans) watched Nevada beat New Mexico State on March 3.  Including that game the Pack has played six home games in front of crowds of 1,000 fans or more.

- Nevada's win over Utah State on Jan. 13 was the Pack's 10th home win of the year marking the fourth straight year Nevada has recorded at least 10 home wins per year.  To date Nevada has 12 home wins this season.   

- Since joining the WAC in 2000, the most home wins Nevada has recorded is 13 set last season.  Nevada has recorded 12 home wins three times since joining the WAC (2000-01, 2007-08 and 2009-10).   

- Senior Marianne Lombardi recorded a season-high and game-high 12 rebounds against LA Tech.  She was one board away from tying her career high of 13 set in 2007 against Stephen F. Austin.

- Tahnee Robinson led Nevada against LA Tech on February 27 with 17 points, two assists and one steal in a team-high 37 minutes for Nevada.

- Marissa Hammond scored in double figures for the Pack with 10 points against Fresno State marking the fourth time this year she has scored in double figures. 

- Fresno State came back from a 15-point deficit to beat Nevada marking Nevada's biggest lead blow this season.  Last year, NMSU came back from 17 down to beat Nevada.

- Nevada recorded a season-high 22 offensive rebounds in the win versus Hawai'i and turned those 22 offensive boards into 20 points.

- In WAC play, juniors Johnna Ward and Tahnee Robinson have accounted for 58 of Nevada's 64 three's.

- In all 29 games Ward and Robinson have accounted for 90 of Nevada's 113 three pointers made. 

- After using four different starting lineups during non-conference play, Nevada has used the same starting lineup for all 15 conference games (Robinson, Ward, Johnson, K. Williams and Moore).

- Nevada had four players score in double figures against Utah State marking first time since the Fresno State game on January 21 that the team had four players score in double figures. 

- Point guard Amanda Johnson recorded six assists versus Hawai'i marking the fourth time this season she recorded five or more assists in a game. 

- Tahnee Robinson leads the team with the most points scored in a game this year with 25.  She scored a career-high 25 twice this year at Hawai'i and against LA Tech.   

- Two players are averaging in double figures in Nevada's WAC games this year: Tahnee Robinson (17.2 ppg) and Shavon Moore (11.3 ppg).  Robinson is third in WAC games in scoring (17.2 ppg). 

- Four players have recorded a total of 11 20-point games this season:  Tahnee Robinson (6); Shavon Moore (3); Johnna Ward (1) and Nicole Williams (1).

- Nevada recorded 25 turnovers or less in 12 games (from Jan. 6- Feb. 15) including a season-low 10 vs. Utah State, and was 9-3 in those games.  Prior to those seven games, the Pack recorded 25 or more turnovers in seven straight games and went 1-6 in those games.

Pack One WAC Win Away From Program History
With one WAC game remaining this year, the Pack has a chance to break the school record for conference wins in a season.  Nevada is currently 10-5 in WAC play and would to beat Idaho on Saturday to break the school record for conference wins in a season.  The 1997-98, 2006-07, 2008-09 and 2009-10 teams each recorded 10 conference wins.

Robinson, Ward Nearing Spots on Single-Season Chart for Three Pointers Made
Tahnee Robinson is four three-pointers away from 10th in Nevada's single-season record book.  Robinson has made 46 threes this year and needs four more for sole possession of 10th.  Johnna Ward (44 made) is six three-pointers away from 10th on the single-season list. Ashley Bastian, who is 10th on the single-season list, recorded 49 threes during the 2001-02 season. 

Two Guards Have Positive Assist to Turnover Ratios in WAC Play
Point guard Amanda Johnson and guard Tahnee Robinson each have a positive assist to turnover ratio for Nevada in WAC games.  Johnson has recorded 56 assists in WAC play to 49 turnovers while Robinson has recorded 33 assists in conference play to 33 turnovers. 

Lombardi on Track to be Second All-Time in Games Played
Senior Marianne Lombardi, who has played in all 29 games this year, is on track to tie former teammate Brandi Jones for second all-time in games played.  Lombardi has played in 121 career games for Nevada and the Pack has one regular-season game remaining.  If Lombardi plays against Idaho on Saturday, she will tie Jones for second all-time with 122 games.  Depending on Nevada's WAC Tournament play Lombardi could become the all-time leader passing Dellena Criner who played in 124 career games.

Robinson Tied Second Longest Streak for Consecutive Games in Double Figures Since Nevada Joined the WAC
Junior transfer Tahnee Robinson has scored in double figures in 18 of her 20 career games for Nevada including 14 consecutive games from December 30, 2009 - February 15, 2010.  Robinson tied Dellena Criner (14 games, from December 7, 2008 to February 8, 2009) and Kate Smith (14 games, from January 17, 2002 to March 6, 2002) for the second longest streak since the team joined the WAC in 2000.  Smith holds the record for most consecutive games scored in double figures in the team joined the WAC (23 games, December 9, 2000 to March 7, 2001).

Ward Gets 700th Career Point
Junior Johnna Ward, who recorded her 500th career point earlier this season at St. Mary's with a 21-point effort, passed the 600 career point mark at BYU and hit 700 with free throws early in the game against Hawai'i.  Ward is third on the team averaging 9.3 ppg and has 721 career points.

Johnson Nearing 10th Place on Single-Season Assist List
Sophomore point guard Amanda Johnson has recorded a team-leading 86 assists this year.  She recorded a career-high eight assists versus LA Tech and has recorded five or more assists in four games this year. For her career she has recorded 100 assists.  Johnson is averaging 2.92 assists per game and is 12 assists from sole possession of 10th on Nevada's single-season assist list.

Moore Closing in on 700th Career Point
With her 15 points against San Jose State, junior forward Shavon Moore hit the 600 career point mark and is 30 points away from 700 for her career.  Moore, who has 670 career points, looks to joins Johnna Ward as the two active 700 career point scorers for the Pack (Ward has 721 career points while Moore has 670). 

Biggest Home Crowd This Year
The 2,047 fans that watched the Nevada/NMSU game on March 3, was the biggest home crowd this season and was the 10th biggest crowd in program history.  This season, the Pack has had six home games with over 1,000 fans in attendance. 

Twenty-Four of 29 Games Decided by Double-Digit Figures
Two of the Pack's 29 games this year have been decided by five points or less (a four-point win at NMSU and a two-point win NMSU) and only three have been decided by five to nine points.  Fifteen games have been decided by 10-19 points with Nevada holding a 8-7 record in those games.  Nine games have been decided by 20 or more points with Nevada holding a 5-4 record. 

Moore Nearing 500th Career Rebound
Junior Shavon Moore has recorded 470 rebounds and is 30 rebounds away from 500 for her career.  Moore, who this season is second on the team in rebounding averaging 6.8 boards per game, is 84 rebounds from sole possession of 10th all-time in Nevada's record book. 

Albright Fourth All-Time in Wins at Nevada
Second-year head coach Jane Albright is fourth all-time in wins at Nevada with 33.  She trails Ada Gee (117), Kim Gervasoni (59) and Anne Hope (44).  Last season Albright became the winningest first-year head coach with 18 wins passing Julie Hickey who recorded 12 wins in 1981.  Albright has a winning percentage of .555 (33-27) which is the highest winning percentage in program history.

Moore 11th All-Time in Free Throws Made
Junior Shavon Moore is 11th all-time in free throws made with 160. She is 18 free throws away from cracking the career top-10.  This season Moore is leading the team in free throws made (82), free throws attempted (112) and is shooting 73.2 percent.

The Pack Successful at Home
Since the beginning of the 2007-08 season, Nevada has recorded a 37-10 record at Lawlor Events Center.  Last season the Pack finished the year 13-4 at home while the team recorded a 12-3 record at Lawlor Events Center during the 2007-08 season.  This season, Nevada is 12-3 at home.

Nevada in the National Stats
In games through February 28, Nevada is ranked 29th in rebounding margin (+5.6), 33rd in three-point field goal percentage defense (28.6%), and  90th in blocks per game (3.9 bpg).

Hot From the Free Throw Line
Through 29 games this season, Nevada is shooting 70.9 percent from the free throw line as a team.  Five players are shooting 70 percent or better  and two players are shooting 80 percent or better.  As a team, the Pack made a season-high 26 free throws versus Utah State and attempted a season-high 34 versus Utah State Nevada shot a season high 95 percent from the line at vs. Cal (19-of-20).

Sharing the Ball
Through 29 games of the year the Pack has recorded 359 assists on 644 field goals, an average of 12.6 assists per game.  The Pack recorded a season-high 26 assists against Sacramento State, three shy of tying the program record of 29 set in both 2001 and 2006.  Amanda Johnson leads the team in assists (86) followed by Johnna Ward (48) and Nicole Williams (46).

Nevada will host the 2010 WAC Tournament March 10-13 at Lawlor Events Center.  A bracket will be sent out on Sunday morning.
