RENO, Nev. - Wichita State will offer a live video stream of tonight's National Invitation Tournament game with Nevada on its official website, www.goshockers.com.
The internet stream will be offered as a pay-per-view event for $6.95 and will start at 6:50 p.m. Central Time (4:50 p.m. Pacific Time). Tonight's game will tip off at 7:05 p.m. Central Time (5:05 p.m. Pacific Time) at the 10,506-seat Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kan.
The NIT had originally prohibited live video streaming of non-televised games but lifted the restriction late Tuesday.
Nevada flagship station, ESPN Radio 630 AM, and affiliates throughout the state will also broadcast tonight's game with Ryan Radtke calling the action, starting with the First Independent Bank Pre-Game Show at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
In addition to the live radio broadcast, Nevada will offer a free internet radio broadcast of the game on its official website, www.nevadawolfpack.com. The internet stream is available at http://bit.ly/nevadamediaplayer.
This season marks Nevada's school-record eighth consecutive postseason invitation and its first appearance in the postseason NIT since 2003.
