Box Score MOSCOW, Idaho -  The University of Nevada (9-9,  3-2 WAC) had its three-match Western Athletic Conference win streak snapped  Saturday night falling 3-1 at the University of Idaho (9-9, 4-3 WAC).   The Vandals won the first set 25-16 and the Wolf Pack took set two 25-18.  UI was victorious 27-25 and 25-16 in the final two sets to win the match.  Nevada is now 9-9 overall and 3-2 in WAC play while the Vandals improved to 9-9 and 4-3 in conference action.

UI took control of set one early jumping to 12-9 lead and never trailed in winning 25-16.  Senior Kylie Harrington and junior Erin Garvey each had three kills in the first set.  The Pack hit .108 and the Vandals .250 in set one.

Nevada scored six unanswered points to break at 6-6 tie in set two and went on to win 25-18 to even the match at one set apiece.  Harrington had four kills and setter Tatiana Santiago dished out 11 assists in the second set.  Both teams struggled offensively as the Pack hit .182 and held UI to a .094 attack percentage.

There were 10 ties and four lead changes in set three before UI won 27-25 to take a 2-1 lead in the match.  Nevada did have match point leading 25-24 but the Vandals scored the final three points of the set.  Harrington had six kills and Santiago 13 assists in the third set.

The Vandals put together a 9-3 run to break an 8-8 tie in set four and settled for the 25-16 set victory and 3-1 match win.  Harrington had four kills, Garvey three and Santiago 10 assists in the final set.  The Pack hit .222 and Idaho .400 in set four.

Harrington topped Nevada with a match-high 17 kills that equaled her season-high and the high by a Pack player this year.  Santiago dished out a match-high 41 assists.  Libero Nicole Link finished with 14 digs and Brianna Heinen had a career-high 12 digs off the bench.

Allison Walker and Alicia Milo led UI with 13 and 12 kills respectively.  Setter Jennifer Feicht had 40 assists and Cassie Hamilton totaled 17 digs.

Nevada hit .155 and Idaho .207 in the match.  UI dominated at the net with 16.5 blocks compared to two for the Wolf Pack.

Nevada returns home to host Utah State on Friday night at 7 p.m.
