RENO, Nev. – Join hosts Chris Vargas and Ryan Radtke for the Sheraton Hawai`i Bowl Preview Show, which will air in Northern Nevada on Sunday evening, officials from Wolf Pack Sports Properties and the University of Nevada announced today.
 
The show, which is presented Charter Communications, will air Sunday, Dec. 20 at 7 p.m. on KAME-TV 21 (Charter Cable channel 7) for the hour-long show.
 
Radtke and Vargas will recap the 2009 season and preview the upcoming bowl game and the Wolf Pack's opponent, SMU.  The show will give fans an exclusive inside look at the program through a series of student-athlete features and a sit-down interview with head coach Chris Ault. The Wolf Pack went 8-4 this season with a 7-1 mark (second place) in the Western Athletic Conference.
 
“We're excited to produce our first-ever show like this to celebrate the season and give our fans an exclusive preview of this bowl game,” said Andy McDowell, WPSP General Manager.  “Wolf Pack football fans will surely enjoy getting to know some of our outstanding student-athletes in a way that they haven't seen before.”
 
Extended-length features from the show, which was taped in the weeks leading up to the bowl game, will also be available next week at www.nevadawolfpack.com.
 
The Wolf Pack and Mustangs will kick off at 5 p.m. (PST) on December 24th at Aloha Stadium and radio coverage begins on the University of Nevada Sports Network (Flagship: ESPN 630 AM) with the pre-game show at 4 p.m.  The game will also be televised on ESPN.
 
The show is being co-produced between WPSP, the University of Nevada, and public television station KNPB.  KNPB will also re-air the program on December 20 at 11 pm and twice on December 24.
