About Nevada
Nevada ended the regular season 8-11 overall and 5-8 in WAC play. The team earned a #4 seed in the six-team tournament and will face #5 New Mexico State on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in Boise, Idaho The tournament is single-elimination and semifinals will be played Friday while the final game will be played Sunday with the winner earning the WAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Nevada has made five consecutive appearance in the WAC Tournament. The Pack is coached by second-year head coach Jaime Frias.

Last Meeting: Nevada beat New Mexico State 1-0 in double overtime on the road on October 30, 2009.
A Look at New Mexico State: The Aggies, who are a first-year program, finished the regular season 9-8-1 overall and 4-3-1 in WAC play. The Aggies fell in both of its game on its final weekend, falling to Nevada 1-0 in double overtime and losing to Utah State 3-0. New Mexico State is led offensively by Jazmin Cardoso who has 12 points on six goals. Keeper Katie Graul has played in 18 goals has allowed 23 goals (1.24 GAA) with 11 saves.
Nevada All-Time in the WAC Tournament
Nevada is 5-3 all-time in the WAC Tournament. The Pack has won one WAC Tournament title as the team went 3-0 in 2006 to beat Fresno State in penalty kicks to advance to the NCAA Tournament. Nevada has advanced to the semifinals in three of its four tournament appearances. The Pack finished 1-1 in 2005, 3-0 in 2006, 0-1 in 2007 and 1-1 in 2008. Nevada has never faced New Mexico State in the WAC Tournament as the Aggies are a first-year team. If Nevada, a four-seed in this year's tournament, advances to the semifinals, they would face the top-seeded San Jose State Spartans on Friday at 11:30 a.m. The final is Sunday at Noon Pacific time.

Natalie Ratnavira leads the team in goals (5) and points (11)...Nevada has recorded 153 shots this season and are led by Natalie Ratnavira (27), Kesia Broome (17), Ellie Stott (15) and Jill Erickson (14)...only six of Nevada's 24 goals have come with an assist...fourteen of Nevada's 24 goals have come in the second half or in overtime...68 of Nevada's 112 saves have been made in the second half...three players have started every game this season, Jill Erickson, Annabelle Allen and Lauren Braman...in addition, Sarah Voss and Erin Smith have played in every game this season.
Nevada Sets School Record for Conference Wins in a Year
Nevada's 5-0 win over LA Tech on Sunday gave the Pack its fifth conference win of the year setting a program record for most WAC wins in a season. The previous record for most WAC wins in a season was four set in both 05 and 06.
