Pack Host SJSU And #3 Hawai'i: The University of Nevada (7-15, 3-6 WAC) will host San Jose State (1-18. 1-7 WAC) on Thursday and #3 Hawai'i (18-2, 8-0 WAC) on Saturday. Both Western Athletic Conference matches get underway at 7:00 p.m. at the Virginia Street Gym. Thursday will be the first meeting between the Wolf Pack and Spartans this season with a second match scheduled for Nov. 7 in San Jose, Calif. The Rainbow Wahine defeated the Pack 3-0 earlier this season in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Four Pack Players Still On The Rise: Four players continue to climb the Nevada career lists with their play this season. Junior Lindsay Baldwin heads the list as she is sixth in points (926.5), fourth in block assists (307) and is fifth in total blocks (339). Baldwin needs just three kills to reach 700 for her career.
Junior Kylie Harrington is seventh with 801.5 career points while senior setter Sonnie Sei ranks ninth with 1,530 career assists.
Taylorsville, Utah senior Jorgan Staker is seventh with 220 career block assists and eighth with 225 total blocks.

Team Notes: After winning a season-high two matches in a row Nevada has lost its last three...the Pack will play its next three matches at home...Nevada is 5-0 in five set matches this season but 0-11 in three set matches...for the ninth consecutive year Nevada opened WAC play with a win downing Fresno State 3-1 on Sept. 29 and the Pack are 9-1 in WAC openers since joining the conference in 2000...Nevada's four set wins over Fresno State and Boise State are the only Pack victories this season that did not go five sets...Nevada's loss at LA Tech (Oct. 3) was the first to the Lady Techsters in 13 WAC meetings...the Pack played in four tournaments to start the season and went 1-2 in all four...Nevada snapped a season-high four-match losing skid downing Houston 3-2 in the final match of the Wildcat Classic on Sept. 5...for the first time since 2003 Nevada won its season opener downing Connecticut 3-2 on Aug. 28...the Pack were picked to finish fifth in the WAC Preseason Coaches' Poll...Nevada ranks sixth in hitting (.165%), sixth in assists (10.61 aps), eighth in blocking (1.70 bps), ninth in digs (12.62 dps), seventh in opponent hitting percentage (.212%), sixth in kills (11.51 kps) and seventh in service aces (1.01 saps) in the WAC while in conference only action the team ranks eighth in hitting (.143%), sixth in assists (11.19 aps), eighth in blocking (1.45 bps), third in digs (14.81 dps), sixth in opponent hitting percentage (.205%), sixth in kills (12.03 kps) and seventh in service aces (0.97 saps).
Player Notes: Junior Kylie Harrington leads the team with five doubles-doubles on the season which is tied for the fifth most by a player in the WAC this season...Harrington posted career highs with 22 kills and 20 digs in Nevada's 3-1 WAC opening win over Fresno State (Sept. 26)... Baldwin's 10 blocks vs. FS (Sept. 26) is tied for the sixth most in the WAC...Link has led the Pack in digs 17 times this season and tied for the honor once...Link has led the Pack in digs the last 13 matches...10 times Link has either tied or posted the match high in digs...six times Link has surpassed 20 digs in a match this season which includes the 30 dig performance...senior Jorgan Staker came off the bench and totaled 12 kills versus Portland State (Sept. 12) which is one off her career-high...Staker hit .588 in the PSU match which is the high by any Pack player this season...sophomore Erin Garvey has twice posted career highs with 12 kills this season vs. Sam Houston State (Sept. 12) and Utah State (Oct. 10).
