RENO, Nev. Single-game tickets for the 2008 Nevada football home schedule will go on sale Friday at multiple locations at 10 a.m.
The six-game home slate is one of the most challenging schedules ever for the Wolf Pack and features a pair of games with historical significance. The season-opener is Aug. 30 against Grambling State includes a performance by the Tiger’s heralded “Best Band in the Land.” And the Sept. 6 matchup against Texas Tech marks the first time in history that a Big 12 school plays in Mackay Stadium.
Single-game tickets will be on sale at 10 a.m. at the following locations: The Link Piazzo Ticket Office in Legacy Hall (348-PACK, option 1); Lawlor Events Center ticket office; or online at www.nevadawolfpack.com or www.tickets.com (1-800-225-2277).
Single-game tickets are discounted if purchased prior to the day of the game. For the premium ticket sections, single-game tickets are $50. Reserved section tickets are $25 ($30 for Texas Tech and Boise State games). General admission tickets are $18 ($20 for Texas Tech and Boise State games).
