STOCKTON, Calif. Sophomore Laurent Garcin won a pair of singles matches on Saturday at the Pacific Fall Tournament and will play for the championship on Sunday.
Garcin, the top seed in Flight A won his quarterfinals and semifinals matches in straight sets and will meet second-seeded Joel Kusnierz of Saint Mary’s in the finals.
Garcin also teamed with Guerin Smith to win a doubles match in Flight A on Saturday.
Sophomore Alex Daruty won his quarterfinal match in Flight B but fell in the semifinals on Saturday.
A pair of Pack players Cameron Spearman and Orion Ashmore won their matches in the C Flight consolation bracket Saturday.
“It was great to see Orion get a win,” coach Chad Stoloff said. “We want to come out strong tomorrow just put the pedal to the metal.”
