Reno, Nev. - Caroline Bailly and Guillaume Tonelli have been named the Western Athletic Conference Women's and Men's Tennis Players of the Week, respectively for the week of March 6. This is the first honors for the Wolf Pack this season.
Bailly, a freshman from Liege, Belgium, is 10-0 in her last 10 matches went 3-0 last weekend in singles. She has also led the Wolf Pack to a 6-1 record in their last seven matches. The Wolf Pack went 2-1 last week. She was one of two Wolf Pack players to get singles wins against Utah. She has been dominate all season at the top singles spot.
Tonelli, a junior from Valenciennes, France, helped the Wolf Pack men's team to a home win last week against Weber State. Nevada fought back to earn the come-from-behind 5-2 win. Tonelli captured a singles win against Weber State's Kichne, 6-3, 6-1.
