Wednesday, Dec. 27
1 p.m. - Teams Arrive
3-5 p.m. - Brawley Bowl for Beef Charity Event, ACC vs. WAC Bowling Tournament featuring ACC Offense vs. WAC Defense and ACC Defense vs. WAC Offense. Total score is the tournament champion. Food Services of America to donate 2 pounds of beef per pin scored to two local charities. Westy’s Bowling Alley on Chinden. Open to the Public.
5:45-6:30 p.m. - Caf Ole’s Fiesta, Nevada, Casual Dress Basque Center, (150 meals provided)
6:45-7:30 p.m. - Caf Ole’s Fiesta, Miami, Casual Dress Basque Center, (150 meals provided)
Thursday, Dec. 28
8:30-10:30 a.m. - Miami Practice
9 a.m.-12 p.m. - Winter Sports Day, Nevada (Buses depart from Hotel 8:00am, Return: 12:00pm sharp) Lunch and Beverage provided for 150.
12-3 p.m. - Winter Sports Day, Miami (Buses depart from Bronco Stadium at 1:15am, Return: 3:00pm sharp) Lunch and Beverage provided for 150.
2-4 p.m. - Nevada Practice
5:30-6:30 p.m. - Brawley Beef Bowl, Presented by Owyhee Plaza Hotel and Food Services of America Owyhee Plaza Hotel (150 meals provided each team) Miami
6:30-7:30 p.m. - Brawley Beef Bowl, Presented by Owyhee Plaza Hotel and Food Services of America Owyhee Plaza Hotel (150 meals provided each team) Nevada
Friday, Dec. 29 
8:30-10:30 a.m. - Nevada Practice
11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. - Miami Press Conference - Boise Centre on the Grove.
12:30-1:45 p.m. - Beyond the Game Luncheon- Boise Centre on the Grove. Honoring the Humanitarian Award Winners. Nevada and Miami (150 meals provided each team).
2-2:30 p.m. - Nevada press conference - Boise Centre on the Grove. 
3-5 p.m. - Miami Practice.  
Saturday, Dec. 30
8-9:30 a.m. - Team Breakfast sponsored by FCA, Site: TBA (optional 150 meals provided)
8-9:45 a.m. - Pre-game/halftime & Band Rehearsals, Bronco Stadium
10-11:30 a.m. -  Community Outreach, Veterans Hospital, St. Lukes and Ronald McDonald House. Team will be picked up at hotel lobby 9:45am.
10-11 a.m. - Mandatory NCAA Pre-game Meeting for Athletic Directors, SID, Coaches, Game Officials, Clock Operators, Television Network, Band Directors
11:30 a.m.-4 p.m.  - Coaches’ Wives Luncheon & Spa, Lunch at Pair Restaurant. 
2:15-3:15 p.m. -  Miami walk- thru 
3:30-4:30 p.m. - Nevada walk-thru 
6-7:30 p.m. - Tailgate and Pep Rally Party featuring the Bands, Cheerleaders and the Kidzone. Caven-Williams Sports Complex, Inflatable games for the Kids. Food and Beverage Available. Free to the Public. Casual Dress (Band and Cheer Required, Teams Optional)  
8-9:30 a.m. - Team Breakfast sponsored by FCA, Site: TBA (optional 150 meals provided)
Sunday, Dec. 31
11 a.m. -  VIP Parking Open
11 a.m.-1 p.m.  - Pre-game/halftime & Band Rehearsals, Bronco Stadium
2:30-9:30 p.m.  - Corporate Tent Village Open 
2:30-end of halftime - New Year’s Eve Kickoff Party, Caven-Williams Sports Complex Open to the Public with Game Admission Ticket. Live Band, Inflatable Games, Food and Beverage Available. 
3-5:30 p.m. - Corporate Hospitality Pre-game Party, Allen Noble Hall of Fame  
3:30-5:05 p.m. -  Field Available for Team Practices, Bronco Stadium 
4 p.m. - Officials’ Meeting with Timer, Ball Persons, and Chain Gang 
5:05 p.m. - Teams Leave Field     
5:10 p.m. -  Pre-game Activities 
5:29 p.m. - Miami Field Entrance 
5:30 p.m. - ESPN on Air        
5:31 p.m. -  Nevada Field Entrance 
5:34 p.m. - Kickoff
