After a couple of double digit performances, Nevada women's basketball senior Terae Briggs has been named the Wolf Pack Student-Athlete of the Week.

Briggs and the Wolf Pack played a pair of games at the Lady Griz Classic in Missoula, Mont. over the weekend and the Pryor, Mont. native led Nevada in scoring in both games. In Saturday's game against UC Davis, Briggs tied her career high of 22 points to lead all scorers. It marked the second 20-point game of her career. She followed that up on Sunday with 19 points and 10 rebounds to record her second double-double of the season. For her performances over the weekend, Briggs was named to the Lady Griz Classic All-Tournament team.
In total for the two games, Briggs averaged 20.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per game and connected on 50 percent of her shots from the field.
