Quinton Conaway joined Nevada Athletics in 2019 as a student intern for Wolf Pack Athletics Development during his playing career as a punter with the football team from 2017-19. He was later promoted to a full-time position in the spring of 2021 as an Account Manager and Donor Services Representative. Later in 2021, Quinton returned to the Development team as the Director of Annual Giving before being elevated to an Assistant Athletics Director of Development in 2023.Â
As a member of the development team, Quinton has played a pivotal role in the rebranding of the WPAA, special events, and major gift fundraising.
Over his football career, Conaway was a captain, Academic All-America finalist, 2018 All-Mountain West Honorable Mention, three-time Mountain West All-Academic honoree, and also holds the record for longest punt (69 yards) in Nevada bowl history.
A Nevada graduate, Conaway was a triple-major, earning Magna Cum Laude honors on his way to degrees in marketing, management (‘20) and Cum Laude Honors in accounting (‘21).Â
Native to Edmond, Oklahoma, Quinton and his wife Miranda (Nevada ‘21) now call Reno home.Â
