University of Nevada Athletics

Maxfield Lane joined Nevada Athletics in 2023 as a Development Analyst and Prospect Manager. 

Max, a graduate of Carleton College with a degree in Religious Studies, played baseball for the Knights for three seasons. He went on to earn a master’s degree in sport administration from The University of North Carolina while interning with their data analytics team. 

Prior to this time representing the silver and blue, Lane was a Baseball Performance Analyst & Workload Manager for his Alma-Mater. He continues to do baseball and volleyball analytics in his free time.

Native to Clarion, Pennsylvania, Max now calls Reno home.
