Kendall McManamon comes to Nevada from UC Davis where she spent three seasons as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator.
Prior to UC Davis, McManamon was a volunteer assistant coach at Oregon, where she helped the Ducks to their best record (22-9) since 2012 and coached their first Pacific North Region Player of the Year in Brooke Nuneviller.
She also spent a year coaching at Willamette University, where the team garnered the Volleyball Team Academic Award from the AVCA, and she helped coach five player of the week honorees.
McManamon began her collegiate coaching career as an assistant at Pacific University in 2019. The Boxers nabbed their first-ever AVCA Player of the Week and had 4 NWC all-conference selections.
The Phoenix, Arizona native competed at North Idaho College, Arizona Christian University and Northwest Christian University.
As a freshman, North Idaho went on to finish ninth at the NJCAA National Tournament and as a senior at Northwest Christian, she served as a team captain and one of her top performances came against nationally-ranked Corban, where she had 19 kills.
McManamon graduated from Northwest Christian in December 2016 with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in business, marketing, and psychology.
