Austin D'Armond begins his first season at Nevada in 2025, joining the Wolf Pack as Director of Recruiting Operations.
D'Armond served as Michigan State's Director of Player Personnel/Defense in 2024. He had spent the previous two seasons (2022-23) as assistant director of recruiting at Oregon State before following head coach Jonathan Smith to East Lansing in December 2023.
Oregon State went 18-7 during D'Armond's two years in Corvallis, where he worked directly with Michael Doctor on the Beavers' recruiting efforts.
D'Armond served a variety of roles at Texas over a nearly five-year stretch as both an undergraduate and graduate student. While earning his bachelor's degree in kinesiology/sport management, he spent a year as a lead recruiting assistant and nearly two years as a recruiting intern for the Longhorns. Upon graduation, he became a player personnel graduate assistant for nearly two years while working towards his master's in educational psychology.
