Biography

2021 (Jr.) – Saw action in 27 games with six starts … had a career night against CBU, going 3-for-4 at the plate with two runs and an RBI … recorded her first start of the season against Pacific … hit .250 in 32 at bats with 14 runs, eight hits and three RBI … pieced together a multi-hit performance vs. UNLV, going 2-for-3 with two runs and a double …  composed a four-game hitting streak from April 30-May 8.

2020 (Jr. *Season shorted due to COVID-19) – Served as the right-fielder in 12 contests for the Pack … Made 17 appearances on the season with five as a pinch runner … In her first start on the year, went 1-for-3 with a double against BYU in the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge … Tied her career high number of hits in a single game against Utah State in Moraga, Calif. after going 2-for-3 … Scored the game winning run against Oregon State in Hawai`i to win in 1-0 in extra innings.

2019 (So.) – Appeared in 29 contests with two starts … Was the primary pinch runner on the year with six runs scored … Started the season off with the second run scored on Cal State Fullerton to help the Pack win, 5-0 … Came in and scored the go ahead run in the win over San Diego State before scoring the go ahead run in extra innings at Fresno State … Made a statement when she scored the winning run off a double from teammate Emma Covert, at Cal to help the Pack win, 4-3 … Letter winner.

2018 (Fr.) – Quickly made an impact for Nevada as she began her Wolf Pack career hitting safely in eight of her first nine games, smashing three home runs in the process … Received All-Tournament honors at the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge after batting .467 with four RBIs and a home run to open up the season … Singled home the game-winning RBI in the bottom of the seventh against first place San José State … Came off the bench and launched a pinch-hit grand slam against Iowa State that tied the score … Tied for the conference lead with five sacrifice flies on the season, which ranked 15th-best in the entire country … One of the Pack’s most effective defensive players, committing just one error on the season, resulting in a .964 fielding percentage … Helped Nevada make back-to-back postseason appearances since the 2008-09 seasons … Letter winner.

HIGH SCHOOL – Led her team in batting average (.429), RBIs (28) and steals (7) her freshman season, guiding her squad to a Northern Region championship ... Her team finished as the 2014 Division I State Runner-Up ... Named the 2014 RGJ All-North Player of the Year ... Awarded the 2014 All-North MVP … Hit an average of .504, recorded 11 doubles, seven home runs, 32 RBIs and scored 53 runs in her sophomore campaign, and was named to the 2015 first team All-State squad ... Recorded a .337 batting average, 21 RBIs and 30 runs in her junior season to lead her team to a 37-2 record ... Awarded the 2015 RGJ co-Offensive Player of the Year … Involved in the Enterprise Academy of Biomedical and the National Honors Society.

PERSONAL – Daughter of Sean and Natalie Sellers … Chose Nevada she grew up in the state and has watched the softball team ever since she was little … Lists Ichiro Suzuki as her sports hero and winning the state championship her sophomore year of high school as the most memorable moment of her career … Enjoys spending time with family, volunteering in her free time and being outdoors … Majoring in Kinesiology in hopes of becoming an orthopedic surgeon.
