REDSHIRT FRESHMAN OUTDOOR (2018) – Made her Wolf Pack debut … Recorded a personal record in the shot put of 43 feet and 3 inches (13.18m) … Recorded a personal record in the discus throw of 126 feet and four inches (38.50m) … Competed in four meets during the year.

PREVIOUS – Has a personal record of 41 feet (12.49m) in the shot put … Set shot put personal record in 2015 to win her league in the CIFSS … Holds a personal record in the discus of 124 feet and six inches (37.94m) … Won the WAC in both events all four years of high school … Was also captain of her basketball team.

PERSONAL – Was named a scholar-athlete at Livingston High School … Daughter of Tommy and Lorchi Lao … Has a sister, Tara, and a brother, Jimmy … Intends to major in psychology … Was also recruited by CSU Sacramento and Stanislaus and Portland State.
