Mountain West Outstanding Performer of the Championships (2022, Outdoor)

5th-YEAR OUTDOOR (2022) – All-America Second Team with her ninth-place finish in Heptathlon at NCAA Championships ... Qualified for NCAA nationals in the heptathlon and NCAA regionals in the long jump ... Broke a 27-year-old school record with her heptathlon point total of 5,836 ... This also tied the MW all-time record ... Earned four medals at the MW Championships ... A gold in the high jump (1.76m), a silver in the javelin (44.33m), a silver in the long jump (6.09m), and bronze in the 100m hurdles (13.95) ... This earned the team 32 points during the Championships ... Was named MW Outstanding Performer of the Championships ... Would earn a personal best in the javelin with a mark of 45.23m ... Competed in Long Jump at NCAA West Preliminary, finishing 35th at 5.92 meters ... Finished ninth in Heptathlon at NCAA Championships, accumulating 5,647 points and earning All-America status.

5th-YEAR INDOOR (2022) – Improved her already impressive resume in her final indoor season with the Pack ... Became a MW Champion in the high jump for the third straight year with her mark of 1.81m ... This scoring the team 10 points at the Championships ... Improved to 4th all-time at Nevada in the long jump with her mark of 5.98m ... Earned a 1st place finish in the high jump at the Dr. MLK Invitational ... Earned a personal best mark in the shot put with her mark of 11.24m. 

SENIOR OUTDOOR (2021) – Competed in five regular season meets ... Finished 1st at the Bobcat Invitational in the high jump with a height of 1.73m ... Finished 2nd at the Rice Twilight meet where she beat her own school record in the long jump with a distance of 6.34m ... Earned three medals at the Mountain West Championships ... She earned gold in the heptathlon (5,607pts) which moved her 3rd all-time at Nevada, won bronze in the high jump (1.77m), and won bronze at long jump (5.91m) ... Qualified for NCAA Finals in the heptathlon and qualified for NCAA Regionals in the long jump ... earned All-American Honorable Mention (heptathlon).

SENIOR INDOOR (2021) – Competed in two regular season meets. Finished in 3rd in the high jump (1.78m) and 4th in the pentathlon at the Air Force Invitational. At the Championships at the Peak, Ader earned 3,937 points which moved her to second all-time at Nevada in the event. She also qualified for NCAA Indoor Championships where she earned All-American second team honors with her 16th place finish. 

JUNIOR OUTDOOR (2020) – Canceled due to COVID-19

JUNIOR INDOOR (2020) – Won gold in the high jump at the Mountain West Championship with a height of 1.81m … Her height of 1.82m in the high jump at the Bronco Invitational qualified her for the NCAA Indoor Championship … Broke the school record in the 60m hurdles with her time of 8.46 at the Bronco Invitational … Finished 1st in the high jump and 2nd in the 60m hurdles at the Bronco Invitational. 

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR (2019) – Earned three All-American titles after competing at the NCAA Outdoor National Championships becoming the most decorated Nevada track & field athlete ever ... Finished 13th place in the heptathlon, 12th in the long jump, and 16th in the high jump earning three second team All-American titles.
 
SOPHOMORE INDOOR (2018-19) – Became just the sixth ever from Nevada to qualify for the NCAA Indoor National Championships, finishing ninth in the Birmingham, Ala. meet to earn Second team All-American honors … Took home gold in the high jump at the Mountain West Conference Championships with an indoor school-record mark of 6’ (1.83 m) … Moved into fourth on the Nevada all-time list for the heptathlon with a score of 3,894 … Finished the season tied for sixth best 60m hurdles time ever at Nevada, an unconverted time of 8.67 seconds.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR (2018) – Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries as a true freshman in the high jump … Is second in school history after her freshman year with a high jump best of 5 feet and 11.25 inches (1.81m) from the Bryan Clay Multis … Ended the season with a best heptathlon score of 5,150 points, seventh on the all-time list … Competed in five outdoor meets during the year.

FRESHMAN INDOOR (2017-18) – Won gold in the pentathlon at the Mountain West Championships with a score of 3,826 points … Also finished the season in a tie for fifth on the all-time list with a high jump mark of 5 feet and 8.75 inches (1.75m) at the Ed Jacoby Invitational and Multis … Also placed seventh in the high jump at the Mountain West Championships … Competed in four meets during the season.

HIGH SCHOOL – A strong multi athlete who will also excel in open events … Holds a personal record in the high jump of 5 feet and 10.75 inches (1.80m), a mark that would place her second in program history … Also boasts a long jumper personal best of 19 feet and a quarter inch (5.80m).

PERSONAL – Daughter of Volker and Heike Ader … Has two older brothers … Chose Nevada because of the great opportunities both athletically and academically … Plans on majoring in criminal justice … Was also recruited by Eastern Michigan … Chose Nevada because of the strong team and the coach, plus the Division I experience.
