JUNIOR OUTDOOR (2018) – Had the best outdoor season of her career … Set a personal record in the steeplechase with a  time of 10:38.82 at the Mountain West Championships, shaving four seconds off her previous time … Ended her career at No. 8 on the program’s all-time list for the steeplechase … Competed in four meets during the season.

JUNIOR INDOOR (2017-18) – Was an integral part of the team’s distance medley relay team … Helped the Pack’s DMR team take seventh at the indoor championships … Set an indoor personal record in the 800 meter with a time of 2:18.98 at the Don Kirby Elite … Competed in four meets during the year.

JUNIOR OUTDOOR (2017) – Did not compete.

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE INDOOR (2016-17) – Did not compete.

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR (2016) – Competed in the challenging steeplechase … Debuted on the all-time list in the 3000m steeplechase … Finished the season at eighth in school history … Placed seventh at the highly competitive UCLA Legends of Track & Field meet with a time of 10:52.31 … Competed in four meets throughout the season … Was named to the All-Mountain West academic team.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR (2015-16) – Did not compete (redshirt).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR (2015) – Competed in the 3000m steeplechase during her rookie outdoor season … Her best finish in the event came at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (5/15) where she ran an 11:10.03 to place 14^th in the field … Picked up a top-10 finish in the event at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/24).

FRESHMAN INDOOR (2014-15) – Finished sixth in the mile with a time of 5:13.23 at the Bronco Invitational (1/24) … Finished eighth in the 800m with a time of 2:21.46 at the Boise State Team Challenge (2/14) … Part of the winning 4000m distance medley relay team that finished first with a time of 12:20.84 at the Boise State Team Challenge (2/14) … Also competed in the 4x400m relay during the indoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL - Attended Wayzata High School in Plymouth, Minn. ... Ran a personal best 5k time of 18:47 at the Nike Cross Nationals 2013 meet ... Named to the 2013 All-State Team for track and field ... Competed on the second place finishing 4x800-meter relay team at the 2013 Minnesota State Championships ... Named to the All-State team for cross country in 2013.
