Outdoor All-Mountain West Honor (2025) 

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR (2025) - Competed in six meets during the season… Opened at the Sacramento State Hornet Invite with a time of 12.19 in the 100m (22nd)… At the Stanford Invitational, ran 25.00 in the 200m (19th) and 56.09 in the 400m (15th)… Helped the 4x100m relay to a first-place finish in 45.70 and the 4x400m relay to first in 3:42.33 at the Brutus Hamilton meet… At the Mt. SAC Relays, ran 24.90 in the 200m (44th) and 55.54 in the 400m (16th)… Posted a season-best 54.72 in the 400m at the Fresno State Invitational with a 5th-place finish, also helping the 4x100m (4th) and 4x400m (2nd) relays… Closed the season at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a personal-best 55.39 in the 400m (10th), and earned bronze medals as part of both the 4x100m (45.21) and 4x400m (3:41.73) relay teams.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR (2024-25) - Competed in two meets during the season… Opened the year at the Silver State Invitational with a personal-best 24.82 in the 200m (10th), a runner-up finish in the 400m at 55.89, and a 3rd-place finish in the 4x400m relay at 3:51.11… Followed up at the Silver & Blue Invitational with a time of 7.78 in the 60m (18th), 24.97 in the 200m (9th), and a 6th-place finish in the 4x400m relay at 3:59.80.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR (2024): Competed in seven meets during the season... Placed 25th in the 200 meters (24.81), finished fourth in the 400 meters in a personal record time of 56.36, and helped the Nevada 'A' 4x100 relay squad run the sixth-fastest time in school history at the Hornet Invitational (March 16) ... Placed 40th in the 100 meters (12.46), 22nd in the 200 meters (25.76), and helped the Nevada 'A' 4x400m relay and the 'A' 4x100m relay place fifth and seventh at the Aztec Invitational (March 23) ... Saw a new personal record time in the 400m (56.26), placing 12th, a 24th finish in the 200m (25.23), and helped the Nevada 'A' 4x400m relay place 12th overall and run the seventh-fastest time in school history at the Stanford Invitational (March 30) ... Earned a spot on the Nevada all-time list in the 400m, running a time of 55.88 to become 10th all-time ... Helped the 4x100m relay rewrite their own time in 45.90, remaining sixth all-time, competing at the Bryan Clay Invitational and the Beach Invitational (April 13) ... Saw new personal records in the 100m (12.21) and 200m (24.96) and helped the 'A' 4x400m relay team secure a second-place finish with a time of 3:42.32, becoming fourth all-time at the Fresno State Invite (April 27) ... Helped the 4x400m relay secure a fifth place finish with a time of 3:40.05, becoming second fastest in school history ... Individually placed 12th in the 400m (56.48) at the Mountain West Championships (May 11). 

FRESHMAN INDOOR (2024): Competed in three meets during the season ... Made her collegiate debut at the UW Preview Invitational in the 200 meters (25.56) placing 13th and helped the Nevada 'B' 4x400 meter relay team place third overall (3:52.47) (Jan. 13) ... Ran a new personal record in the 200 meters (25.38) placing 35th overall and helped the Nevada 'A' 4x400 meter relay squad run the second-fastest time in school history (3:41.98) at the Riverfront Invitational (Feb. 3) ... Saw the highest finish for the Pack in the 60 meters with a new personal record mark of 7.74 and placed 45th in the 200 meters (25.03) at the Don Kirby Invitational (Feb. 10). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Bishop Manogue Catholic High School in 2023 ... Competed in track all four years (2019-23) ... Placed fourth overall in the 4x4 meter relay at the state championships ... Took first individually in the 100 meter dash at the state championships ... Played club travel soccer since 6th grade. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Rob Parsons and Angela Parsons ... Has a sister Casidy ... Chose Nevada because it's close to home and a great school ... Most memorable experience during her career was winning the 100m 5A Regional Championship and running the mark that got her noticed by Nevada ... Enjoys going to the gym, taking her dogs for a walk, hanging out with my mom, and hanging out with her friends in her free time.
