Outdoor All-Mountain West Honor (2025)
JUNIOR OUTDOOR (2025) - Competed in five meets during the outdoor season… Opened at the Hornet Invite with a 5th-place finish in the javelin (43.60m)… At the Stanford Invitational, placed 4th in the shot put (12.46m), 7th in the high jump (1.58m), and ran 14.75 in the 100H… Scored 5112 points in the heptathlon at the Mt. SAC Relays, highlighted by a 5.72m long jump and a 40.99m javelin throw… At the Fresno State Invitational, finished 2nd in the 100H (13.81) and 9th in the javelin (36.83m)… Capped the season earning a silver medal in the heptathlon at the Mountain West Championships, scoring a season-best and #4 Nevada all time heptathlon point total of 5473 points including wins in the 100H (13.99), 200m (24.54), and javelin (42.15m), and a 2nd-place finish in the shot put (12.30m).
JUNIOR INDOOR (2024-25) - Competed in six meets during the indoor season… Opened at the Silver State Invitational with a 3rd-place finish in the pentathlon (3744), highlighted by a 5.73m long jump and a 12.13m shot put… Ran 8.82 in the 60H at the Silver & Blue Invitational and threw 12.40m in the shot put… Posted 3581 points to take 4th in the pentathlon at the Nevada Invitational, placing 2nd in the shot put (12.68m) and 3rd in the 800m (2:30.34)… Took 4th in the long jump (5.82m) and 6th in the 60H (8.77) at the Wolf Pack Classic… At the Don Kirby Invitational, ran 8.77 in the 60H and jumped 4.60m in the long jump… Closed the season at the Mountain West Championships with an 8th-place finish in the pentathlon (3495), highlighted by winning the 60H (8.51), placing 2nd in the shot put (12.95m), and finishing 6th in the 800m (2:26.93).
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR (2024) - Competed in three meets during the season ... Made her outdoor season debut at the Aztec Invitational placing eighth in javelin (38.53m), running a time of 12.68 in the 100 meters, and placed 36th in the 200 meters (March 23) ... Placed 8th in long jump (5.12m) and 24th in the 100m hurdles at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 30)... Saw her highest finish in the 100H at the Fresno State Invitational, placing seventh with a time of 15.02 (Arpil 27).
SOPHOMORE INDOOR (2024) - Did not compete.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR (2023) - Competed in five meets during the season... Placed fourth in the heptathlon with 5,207 points, the eighth best all-time mark in Nevada school history at the Outdoor Mountain West Championships... Finished third overall in the heptathlon at the Aztec Invitational with 4,816 points... Finished 16th in javelin at the Stanford Invitational (31.76m), 29th in the 100 hurdles (15.43) at the Stanford Invitational... Finished second in Section C of the heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a season best 5,066 points with personal records in javelin (41.09) and shot put (11.59m) and a season best in the long jump (5.71m) ... Placed 15th in long jump (5.27m), ran season bests of 14.81 in the 100 hurdles and 12.02 in the 100 meter dash, and finished 27th in the 200 meters at the Fresno Invitational.
FRESHMAN INDOOR (2022-23) - Competed in four meets during the season... Earned new PR's in the pentathlon with a new high score of 2,110 points while also earning new PR's in the shot put (11.86m) and in the high jump (1.43m) at the indoor MW Championships... Represented the Pack for the first time in the 60m (7.82) finishing in eighth place, the 60H (8.98) in 13th place, the long jump (5.34m) in 17th place, and the shot put with a 10.55m in 29th place at the Spokane Invitational... Earned a new personal best in the 60H (8.92), placing 16th at the Texas Tech Open... Recorded a 26.22 in the 200 meter and a mark of 9.11 in the 60H at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL - Graduated from Kaufmannische Schule Ehingen in 2022... Ran track and field all throughout high school... Was apart of the German heptathlon team champion (2019-2021)... Won athlete of the year.
PERSONAL - Daughter of Ralf and Corina Haas ... Has a sister, Sarah ... Majoring in Economics and Finance ... Chose Nevada because of the coaches ... Simone Biles is her sports hero... Most memorable experience in her career was her first outdoor conference championship with Nevada... In her free time she enjoys studying and cooking with her boyfriend.
