Personal - A 2008 Olympic silver medalist, and All-America track athlete, Payne brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the team. Initially walking on to the University of Cincinnati Track and Field team, Payne worked his way up to become the 2004 Conference USA Outdoor Athlete of the Year, helping Cincinnati to an outdoor conference championship. Payne also earned two All-America honors in the 110m hurdles, in 2003 and 2004, for 3rd and 4th place finishes.
