Biography
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR (2025) - Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season. At the Sacramento State Hornet Invite, ran 25.76 seconds in the 200m, posted 15.30 seconds in the 100m hurdles, and threw 32.86m in the javelin. At Stanford Invitational, ran 15.28 seconds in the 100m hurdles and threw 9.27m in the shot put. At Brutus Hamilton, jumped 5.53m in the long jump. At the Bryan Clay Multi Event, scored 4,054 points in the heptathlon with highlights including a 15.07-second 100m hurdles, 1.55m high jump, 25.43-second 200m, 5.46m long jump, and 32.39m javelin throw. At the Mt. SAC Relays, jumped 5.53m in the long jump. At the Fresno State Invitational, ran 25.76 seconds in the 200m, 14.95 seconds in the 100m hurdles, and recorded a season-best long jump of 5.78m. At the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, placed 16th in the long jump with 5.62m, finished 11th in the heptathlon with 4,717 points, ran 15.20 seconds in the 100m hurdles, cleared 1.51m in the high jump, threw 9.36m in the shot put, ran 25.56 seconds in the 200m, placed 4th in the long jump with 5.71m, threw 30.82m in the javelin, and ran 2:30.08 in the 800m.
FRESHMAN INDOOR (2024-25) - Competed in one meet during the indoor season... Competed at the Silver & Blue Invitational in the long jump and shot put… Placed 12th in the long jump with a mark of 5.50m… Finished 15th in the shot put with a throw of 8.98m.
PERSONAL - Daughter of Armin and Heidi Kathan... Has one sister, Ria ... Majoring is undecided ... Chose Nevada because she likes the university and likes the many benefits... Was being recruited by Massachusetts and Stephen F. Austin ... Anna Hall is her sports hero... Most memorable experience in her career was competing at the 2024 Austrian Championships ... In her free time she enjoys meeting friends, bouldering, hiking, skiing and babysitting.
