Prior to Nevada: Graduated from Nevada Connections Academy with honors in June of 2012 and swam for Spanish Springs High School in the High Desert League... Earned four varsity letters ... Recipient of the Presidential Fitness Award ... Participant in the President[apos]s Education Awards Program ... Boasts personal bests of 26.47, 2:05.73 and 5:49.3 in the 50, 100 and 200-yard freestyle, respectively.
Personal: Daughter of David and Jodie Blondfield ... Planning to major in biology at Nevada ... Loves to draw and listen to instrumental music in her spare time ... Is an avid outdoorswoman, spending time in the Sierra Nevada[apos]s as much as possible ... Chose Nevada over TCU, William Jewel University and Lake Forest College ...
