Biography

2017-18 (Fr.): One of the Pack’s primary swimmers that competed in the breaststroke … Collected season best times at the Mountain West Championship in the 100 (1:03.47) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:21.04), as well as the 200-yard IM (2:07.79) … Recorded a third place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke with her time of 1:06.35 in the Pack’s dual win over intrastate rival UNLV … Finished fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:32.06) against Cal State East Bay to help lead Nevada to its dual victory … Letterwinner.

PRIOR TO NEVADA
Won the Wisconsin state championship in 2016 in the 100 breaststroke and finished second in the same event in 2017 … Ranked as the No. 135 recruit in the US Southwest Aquatic Team … Holds two records at her high school in the 200 IM and 100 butterfly relays … Helped lead her club team to its first ever LCM at the 13 and over state meet … Made two US Open cuts in the 100 and 200 breaststroke … Received multiple All-American honors with her times in the 100 breaststroke … Placed second in the 50, 100, and 200 breaststroke at the ISCA Junior Nationals.

Daughter of Tom and Joan Stigler ... Chose Nevada because “(Nevada) felt like a home away from home. The coaches and staff were all so welcoming with open arms. Coach Bray is at the start of an improving program and I want to be a part of that.”
