FRESHMAN (2023) - Competed in five meets her freshman season... Made her collegiate debut at the USF Invitational running in a time of 22:45.5. in the 6K, placing 55th... Ran a time of 23:45.20 in the 6K at the Mountain Regional Preview placing 13th ... Ran a new personal record time of 22:43.4 in the 6K at the UCR Highlander Invitational ... Ran a time of 22:50 at the Mountain West Championships ... Placed 123rd at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships (23:09.1). 

HIGH SCHOOL - Graduated from Reno High School in 2023... Was a dual sport athlete and letter winner for track and field (2021-2023) and cross country (2019-2022)... Won regionals and took second at the state championship in cross country in 2019... 2x First Team All Region in cross country (2019, 2020)... Second Team All-State in cross country (2019)... Second Team All-Region in track and field (2021)... Was a part of the College and Career Development Club and National Honors Society. 

PERSONAL - Daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth Arrate... Has one younger sister named Aspen... Chose Nevada because it's close to home and Coach Elias made her feel wanted to join his team... Was being recruited by Southern Oregon, UNLV, Waynesburg, Alaska Anchorage, Montana, Hollins University, and San Francisco... Sports hero is Anna Costello... Most memorable meet of her career was in Boise, Idaho at The Bobfirman Invitational... In her free time she enjoys working at Eclipse Pizza Co., running, playing with her puppy, working out, cooking, and baking.
