JUNIOR (2018) – Made six appearances on the year, scoring four runs in the process … Scored one of the Pack’s two runs against Seattle U in her first appearance donning the Silver and Blue … Recorded the first hit of her Wolf Pack career in Nevada’s run-rule victory over Southern Utah, where she also logged the first assist of her Nevada career … Helped Nevada make back-to-back postseason appearances since the 2008-09 seasons.

PRIOR TO NEVADA – Attended Sierra College in Rocklin, California where she played two seasons under Darci Brownwell … Earned first team All-Conference and All-NorCal in 2016 … Made second team All-conference in 2017 with an academic All-American honor in both 2016 and 2017 … Received two Associates of Arts (AA) degrees in natural science and behavioral science.

HIGH SCHOOL – Attended Oakmont High School in Roseville, California where she played three seasons under Rick Ramirez … A two-time, All-League honorable mention and three-time, All-League academic team … Involved in student government and the health careers academy.

PERSONAL – Daughter of Eddie and Renita Vasquez … Has one younger brother, EJ … Majoring in Community Sealth Science with a concentration in Public Health, to become a hospital administrator … chose Nevada because if the excellent academics and opportunities that come with attending a well-known university like this ... Lists Big Papi (David Oritz) as her sports hero … Remembers her freshman year at Sierra College when competing in the Super Regional, and sending their rival Consumnes River College home as the most memorable moment of her career … Enjoys watching Scandal, Blackish, Modern Family and the Goldbergs, as well as watching NFL games – specifically the Raiders – and spending time with her grandparents.
