University of Nevada Athletics

Deme is the owner of Sierra Nevada Elite Baseball Academy in Grass Valley, Calif. where he oversees coaches and players, runs clinics and camps, and focuses on the implementation and execution of the physical and mental processes of baseball. For the last seven years, Deme has served as the assistant varsity coach at Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley.
 
Deme played baseball at Sacramento State from 2003-06 and graduated with a bachelor’s in communications in 2006.
