A native of Tigard, Oregon, Conor Clark came to the Wolf Pack from Hawai’i, where he worked as a personal trainer and volunteered as a strength coach at the University of Hawaii-Manoa.

Clark started his strength and conditioning path at Oregon State University, where he began by observing the strength coaches involved in the Beavers baseball and women’s basketball teams in 2013. In 2014, he worked for the Beavers strength staff, fulfilling practicum and internship hours and finally as a volunteer. During his time at OSU, Clark primarily assisted with baseball and football.

In October 2014, Clark moved to Hawai’i with his wife, Lauren. While living in Hawai’i, Clark worked as a personal trainer full-time and volunteered at University of Hawai’i – Manoa four days a week. While at UH, Clark assisted with many programs, including football, baseball, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, both women's beach and court volleyball, as well as the swimming and diving team.

Clark received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University in 2014. From 2008-12, Clark spent time at three different schools [University of Nevada (2008), Allan Hancock College (2009-2010) and Pacific University (2010-12)] competing all four years as a baseball catcher and two years of collegiate football as a hybrid running back.

When his playing eligibility was finished, Clark transferred to Oregon State University to finish his degree and begin his path towards strength and conditioning.
