Coaching:
Roseville High School (2013-2015): Assistant Coach- Cross Country/Track and field. His alma mater. School records in the men’s mile, 800m, 4x400m relay and women’s 800m. Helped coach Arturo Sotomayor to two USATF Junior Championships and to the 2015 Brooks PR Invite, and a top 5 finish at the 2015 CIF State meet in the men’s 800m. Also in 2014 the Men’s 4x400m relay team finished ranked 8
th in the state with a time of 3:16.54. In cross country he coached one CIF state qualifier in 2015.
Eastern Washington University (2018-2019): Assistant Coach- Cross Country/Track and field. Helped coached the Men’s DMR school record, a top six all-time school mark in the men’s mile and men’s 1500, and helped coach Isaac Barville to the 2019 NCAA Outdoor nationals first round.
Nevada (2019-Present): Undertook the role of Assistant Coach, Track and Field, Cross Country in 2025, overseeing the cross country programs and women's distance runners in his new role. Helped restart the Men’s cross country team in 2019. In 2020 three top ten times in the Women’s 5k (Indoor)
As an Athlete:
American River College: 2xAll American. In 2013, was the California Community College State Champion in the 800m and a third place finisher in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:11.46. Also in 2013 won the California Community College Cross Country Championships.
Eastern Washington University: A part of the Student Athlete advisory committee. In 2019 earned Outdoor Track and Field All-Big Sky honors by finishing 2
nd at 800 meters. Also the 2
nd best finish at 800 meters in school history. Set the fifth best time in school history at 800 meters in 1:50.72.
Hobbies:
Born in Reno. Enjoys watching college sports, spending time at Lake Tahoe, and discovering new music.
