REDSHIRT SENIOR (Fall 2022) - Ran at two meets during the season... Competed at the Nevada Twilight Classic in the 7k running in a time of 26:14... Finished the Bronco Invitational in a time of 26:30. 

JUNIOR (Fall 2021) – Competed in all meets during the season ... Fastest time in the 8k at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 25:14 ... Highest finish during the season was at the USF Invitational, finishing in 56th with a time of 26:30 ... Finished in 60th at the MW Championships with his time of 25:45 ... Lastly, competed in the 10k at the NCAA Regionals and finished with a time of 33:08.

SOPHOMORE (Spring 2021) – Competed in both meets during the season ... Finished in 52nd in the Mountain West Championship with his time of 25:47.2 in the 8k ... Best time in the 8k on the season was during the Battle Born Challenge where he finished with a time of 25:27.5

HIGH SCHOOL & PREVIOUS – Went to St Mark’s Kaptumo Boys HS in Nandi county, Kenya ... Previously went to Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas ... Has all-conference honors in 2019 ... Has a 3000m time of 8:49.83 and 15:19.19 in the 5000m ... Some other personal bests include 19:59.6 in the 6k, a time of 25:23.7 in the 8k, and a time of 32:39.9 in the 10k.
