Complete release.

Kory Alford just completed his first season as the director of player development at Nevada in 2019-20.  The oldest son of Nevada coach Steve Alford was an integral part in the Wolf Pack posting a 19-12 overall record and finishing in a tie for second place in the Mountain West standings at 12-6.  He also helped the Pack win the Paradise Jam and was a member of the New Mexico Logo squad coached by his father that won the same title in 2012.

Prior to joining the staff at Nevada he spent the previous four seasons at UCLA as the video analytics coordinator.  He played four seasons for his father, two at UCLA and two at New Mexico.  As a player he helped four teams reach the NCAA Tournament and the 2014 and 2015 squads advanced to the Sweet 16.  During his prep career at La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, N.M. he was part of two state championship teams.

Between his time at UCLA and New Mexico, Kory Alford's teams won three conference tournament titles and two conference regular-season crowns.

He received his degree from UCLA in 2015 in sociology and a masters from USF in 2017.  Kory and his wife Haley reside in Reno.
