Claire Donnelly completed her first season as a member of the Nevada Men’s Basketball staff in 2023-24 after being hired prior to the start of the season as the Director of Operations for the program. Donnelly plays an integral role for the Pack, handling all aspects of the team’s travel, budget, alumni management, summer camps as well as the overall day-to-day organization of Wolf Pack men’s basketball.
In Donnelly’s first season with the Pack, Nevada had a tremendous campaign, compiling an overall record of 26-8, including a mark of 13-5 in Mountain West play. Nevada earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive season, and four Wolf Pack players garnered All-Mountain West recognition.
Prior to joining the staff at Nevada, Donnelly was a Student Administrative Assistant for the Michigan State Men’s Basketball program from 2019-2023. Her primary responsibilities included, assisting coaches and support staff with administrative tasks, communication and connecting with program and university alumni to organize reunion events, answering calls and responding to emails directed to the Men’s Basketball office, assisting with events for recruits and their families, and collaborating with the Assistant Director of Basketball Operations to organize and run the Tom Izzo Boys Basketball Camp.
Donnelly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Business from Michigan State.
