Coached by Nevada alumni, Luke Babbit, he averaged 20 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.5 steals per game his senior year at Bishop Manogue HS ... was selected HS Rookie of the Year and was on the Nevada 1st team his freshman and sophomore year ... averaged most points as a freshman on the varsity team of the McQueen HS ... averaged most double doubles his sophomore year for McQueen HS ... was in Arizona's second team in his junior year while having the highest field goal percentage in All-Central Arizona ... in his senior year, he was selected Unanimous Player of the Year in Northern Nevada.

Son of Kirk Snyder and Haley Snyder … Chose Nevada Wolf Pack over Montana, Weber State, Hawai?i, UC Santa Barbara, Long Beach State, Southern Utah, Air Force, Yale, and Harvard … Nevada stood out not only because of his family ties to the program, with both parents having played for the Wolf Pack, but also because he saw Reno as the best place to continue developing on and off the court … During his free time, he likes to play the piano, saxophone, read, draw, and travel. He is also involved in his church group, and love spending time with family and friends ... Plans to major in kinesiology and hopes to play professional basketball or pursue a career in medicine following his college career.
