GRADUATE (2021) – Appeared in 13 games, making 16 tackles (11 solo, 5 assist) with 2.0 tackles for a loss of two yards... Posted 0.5 sacks for a loss of one yard... Recorded season-high three tackles (one solo, two assist) at Colorado State on Nov. 27, along with 0.5 sack... Put his career-tackle-total to 36 with a career-high 16, including a career-high 11 solo tackles... Now has 4.0 tackles for loss in his career. 

SENIOR (2020) – Played in eight games, finishing with 14 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and 2.0 tackles-for-loss ... Made four tackles at UNLV (Oct. 31) ... Shared a sack against New Mexico (Nov. 14) ... Recorded a sack against San Jose State (Dec. 11).
 
REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2019) – Played in six games during the 2019 season, totaling six tackles … Had a season-high two tackles against Utah State and in the bowl game against Ohio … Earned Academic All-MW honors.
 
JUNIOR (2018) – Earned the Pack’s defensive scout team award … Did not compete (redshirt).
 
PRIOR TO NEVADA – Spent two years at American River College before transferring to Nevada … Helped his team capture a conference championship during his time.
 
HIGH SCHOOL – Local product out of Reno High School where he was a four-sport athlete in football, track & field, skiing and basketball … Earned first team all-region and first team all-league honors … Member of National Honor Society and We the People.
 
PERSONAL – Son of Teresa Mahannah and Chris Mahannah … Management major who plans to join the U.S. Navy after college … Chose Nevada because it’s his hometown college that he’s always wanted to go to … Lists Brett Favre as his sports hero … Works construction, hunts and fishes during his free time.
