NEVADA
SENIOR (2019) – Punted 61 times during the regular season for 2,621 yards and an average of 43 yards … Earned one of the Wolf Pack’s Captain Awards … Currently ranks fourth all-time in Nevada history in career-punting yardage and sixth with a career-average of 42.2 yards-per-punt … Booted a season-long punt of 67 yards twice this season … Ran his first-ever successful fake punt against Fresno State, rushing 17-yards for the first down in a 35-28 Wolf Pack win … Had a season-high 10 punts at Utah State where he punted for 404 yards … Punted with an average of over 40-yards per punt in 10-of-12 games this season and over 44 yards-per-punt in each of the final four regular-season contests … Finishes his career at Nevada ranked fourth in career punts (171), fourth in career punting yards (7,224) and sixth in career punting average (42.2) … His 2,621 punt yards this season are seventh-most in a single season and his 53-yard boot in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl was the seventh-longest in Nevada bowl history … Earned Academic All-MW honors and was named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
 
JUNIOR (2018) – CoSIDA Academic All-District selection ... Had his best season for the Pack in 2018 and appeared in all 13 contests … Named an All-Mountain West Honorable Mention for the first time in his career … Set career-highs punting 62 times for 2,701 yards with a 43.6 net average … His career-long punt came against Fresno State when he booted one 74 yards … Earned MW Special Teams Player of the Week after the Pack’s 28-24 victory over San Diego State where he punted nine times for 460 yards and an average of 51.1 yards per punt … Named a nominee for the Ray Guy Award during the season … Punted nine times for an average of 44.8 yards per punt and a long of 69 yards in the 2018 Arizona Bowl victory … Earned Academic All-MW honors and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
 
SOPHOMORE (2017) – Averaged 39.6 yards per punt in 2017 … Had 48 punts for 1,902 yards … Appeared in all 12 games in 2017 … Set a career long with a 55 yard punt against Idaho State … Also did kickoffs for the first part of the year, averaging 59 yards per kick … Earned All-Mountain West academic honors and was named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
 
PRIOR TO NEVADA - Played the 2016 football season at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, Calif. … Averaged 40 yards per punt in junior college … Was named to the all-conference second team … Earned an associate’s degree in business administration.
 
HIGH SCHOOL – Graduated from Edmond North High School in Edmond, Okla. where he was a two-sport athlete in football and soccer … Was named a Big All-City punter his senior year of high school in 2015 … Was named a Chris Sailer top 12 punter in 2014 and 2015.
 
PERSONAL - Son of Amy and Vernon Conaway … Has an older sister, Wendy … His dad Vernon threw the hammer at the Air Force Academy … Has driven his minivan across the country … A management major … Lists Carson Wiggs and Aaron Perez as his sports heroes … Chose Nevada because of the great football history, coaching staff, and his main man Spencer Petit … Was also recruited by Texas State and San Diego.
