NEVADA
GRAD STUDENT (2021) – Appeared in eight games, finished with nine total tackles (six solo, three assist)... Posted season-high four tackles (one solo, three assist) against Western Michigan (Dec. 27) in the Quick Lane Bowl... Recorded 4.5 tackles for loss of 33 yards... Made 3.5 sacks for a loss of 31 yards... Recorded a sack in three games including vs. Hawaii (Oct. 16), vs. UNLV (Oct. 29), and at Colorado State (Nov. 27)... Posted 0.5 sack against Western Michigan (Dec. 27).... Recorded on QB hurry against Hawaii on Oct. 16. 

SENIOR (2020) – Played in all nine games, finishing with 29 tackles, a sack, 3.0 tackles-for-loss, and a fumble recovery ... Had a sack among his four tackles against Wyoming (Oct. 24) ... Shared a tackle-for-loss and made four tackles in contests against both UNLV (Oct. 31) and New Mexico (Nov. 14) ... Had a season-high seven tackles with a fumble recovery and a TFL against San Diego State (Nov. 21) ... Made four solo tackles against Fresno State (Dec. 5).
 
JUNIOR (2019) – Appeared in six games as a junior before suffering a season-ending injury, recording a career-high 19 tackles … Finished with three tackles for loss that went for a loss of 13 yards … Eight of his tackles were solo … Finished with a career-high seven tackles at UTEP … Recorded a career-high 1.5 TFLs against Hawai’i including his first-career sack that went for a loss of six yards.

SOPHOMORE (2018) – In his first season as a defensive end, appeared in nine contests and recorded six tackles, all solo … Recorded one tackle for loss against Colorado State along with two tackles … Member of Nevada’s 2018 Arizona Bowl victory team.
 
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2017) – Made his collegiate debut at Colorado State (10/14) … Played in six games during his redshirt freshman season … Produced a season-best four tackles in the game against Air Force (10/20) … Totaled six tackles on the year … Earned All-Mountain West academic honors.
 
FRESHMAN (2016) – Did not play during his true freshman season … Redshirted … Twice named Nevada’s defensive scout team player of the week following wins over Cal Poly (9/2) and Buffalo (9/17) … Named Nevada’s defensive scout team player of the year as well.
 
HIGH SCHOOL - Graduate from Palo Verde High School (Nev.) in the spring of 2016 … Was a two-year letter winner in football and track and field at Palo Verde … Elected as team captain as a senior and junior … Earned second team all-league honors as a senior in 2015.
 
PERSONAL - Son of Kyle and Pam Toomer … Has three siblings … Father, Kyle, played collegiate football at UNLV … Brother, Korey, played collegiate football at Idaho and currently plays for the Oakland Raiders … Chose to attend Nevada because he felt the coaching staff believed in his talents … Earned a bachelor's degree in management and is working towards his master's in marketing.
