Graduated from Excel Christian High School in nearby Sparks where he was a two-sport athlete in football and basketball … Named first team all-league in 2017 and 2018 … Totaled 3,694 rushing yards and 75 total touchdowns, including 52 rushing, in his career … Added 16 sacks, 11 interceptions and 13 forced fumbles while on defense … His senior year he rushed the ball for 1,740 yards and 27 touchdowns.
