NEVADA
SENIOR (2016) – Finished his career as one of Nevada’s top receivers … His four-year career saw 1,698 receiving yards, which ranks 20th all-time at Nevada … Pulled in 153 career receptions and nine touchdowns … Caught a pass in the first nine games of the season and had a string of 28 consecutive games with a reception, which dated back to Oct. 18, 2014, that ended in the San Diego State game (11/12) … Was fourth on the team with 26 receptions on the year and finished fifth with 271 receiving yards … Hauled in his lone touchdown catch of the season in the opener against Cal Poly (9/2) … Posted season-long receptions of 19 yards twice, first in the win over Buffalo (9/17) and at New Mexico (11/5) … Started the season with a season-high four catches for 43 yards against Cal Poly (9/2) … Also pulled in four receptions at Purdue (9/24) and at Hawai’i (10/1) … Began the year on the preseason watch list for the Biletnikoff Award … Appeared in all 12 games … Letter winner.

JUNIOR (2015) - Started at X-wide receiver in all 13 games … Led Nevada with 68 receptions for 750 yards and five touchdowns … Ranked first on the team and fifth in the Mountain West in receptions per game (5.2) and receiving yards per game (57.7) … Tied for the team lead in receiving touchdowns … Ranked 50th in FBS with 68 receptions … Eclipsed 100-yards receiving against New Mexico and San Diego State … Caught eight passes for 41 yards with one touchdown against Arizona … Caught eight passes for 87 yards and one score against rivals UNLV … Set season-high marks with nine receptions, 121 receiving yards and one touchdown in Nevada’s win over New Mexico … Caught six passes for 82 yards and one score against Wyoming … Caught five passes for 43 yards and one touchdown in a win over San Jose State … Closed the regular season with six receptions for 106 yards and one fumble recovery for a touchdown at San Diego State … Tallied four receptions for 42 yards in Nevada’s victory in the 2015 Arizona Bowl … Posted a catch in every game with at least four receptions in all but two games … One of 10 players on the team to start in every game … In the preseason, was named to Phil Steele and Athlon Sports’ preseason All-Mountain West fourth team … Letter winner.

SOPHOMORE (2014) - Played in all 12 games and started in all but one after developing into one of Cody Fajardo’s favorite targets … Caught 56 passes for 655 yards and three touchdowns on the season … Led the team in receiving yards … Had a breakout game in season-opening victory against Southern Utah, posting a career-high 13 receptions for 177 yards … Caught touchdown passes against Boise State, Air Force and UNLV … Tallied his second-career 100-yard receiving game with 10 catches and 122 yards against Colorado State … Caught four or more passes in 8-of-12 games … Had a season-long 30-yard reception against Colorado State while accounting for nine explosive plays on the year.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013) - Saw playing time in eight games with no starts … Caught three passes on the year, all against UNLV … Receptions went for a total of 22 yards with a long of 10 … Took over kick return duties later in the year and finished with 10 returns for 210 yards … Career long came against San Jose State with a 39-yarder.

FRESHMAN (2012) - Joined the team as a true freshman and redshirted his first year at Nevada.

HIGH SCHOOL - A graduate of Bishop Alemany High School in San Fernando, Calif. … Was a multi-sport star, excelling in football and basketball … Was part of league championship teams in football and basketball … Named first-team all-league as a senior … in basketball, helped guide the team to CIF, Regional and State championships.

PERSONAL - Born Jericho Richardson on Feb. 25, 1993 … Son of Lesley Jones … Has two sisters and a brother … Goes by “Jay” … Chose Nevada over Boise State and UCLA because of his trust of the coaching staff … Played on the same high school basketball team as former Nevada guard Marqueze Coleman … Majoring in human development and family studies … Enjoys working out and spending time with friends in the offseason.
