FIFTH YEAR (2023): Appeared in the first four games of the season, making three starts, before leaving the team with the intent to transfer ... Made two solo tackles against Kansas (Sept. 16) ... Broke up a pass and made two tackles at Texas State (Sept. 23).

SENIOR (2022): Started all 12 games at cornerback ... Led the team with nine pass breakups, second with two interceptions ... Made 35 tackles (32 solo) and shared one for loss ... Named Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week (Aug. 29) for his performance at New Mexico State ... Picked off two passes, including one in the end zone, and made two solo tackles at New Mexico State (Aug. 27) ... Shared a tackle-for-loss among his four tackles against Texas State (Sept. 3) ... Team captain and consensus three-star recruit by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals ... Rated the No. 130 cornerback in the nation by 247 while playing at Fort Bend Hightower High School near Houston ... Three-year letterman ... First team All-District 10-5-A Division-1 cornerback in 2018 ... Named academic all-district ...
