HIGH SCHOOL – Graduated from Clovis North High School in Clovis, Calif. where he was a two-sport athlete in football and track & field … Was named the 2016 and 2017 Defensive MVP, second team all-state, first and second team all-league … Racked up 220 tackles, 39 TFL, two interceptions and forced three fumbles.
 
PERSONAL – Son of Martha Kroll and Erick Kroll … Has a younger sister, Mikayla … His father, Erick, played college football at Fresno State … General studies major … Would like to play professionally after college and teach … Chose Nevada because it is a great school for education and athletics … Also recruited by Utah, Cal, UNLV, Missouri, USC, Oregon State, Arizona, Cornell, Harvard and Princeton … Lists Kenton James, Ed Reed, Sean Taylor, Ray Lewis and Joel Embiid as his sports heroes … The most memorable moment of his pre-Nevada career was his first game starting on varsity as a sophomore … Enjoys playing NBA 2K and going on FaceTime with his friends from back home in his free time.
