Graduated from Paraclete High School in California where he was a four-time letter-winner in football … Helped his team capture back-to-back CIF SS championships, a Gold Coast League championship and a CIF Division 3AA state championship … Also was a member of the drama club, ASB, honor roll and principle’s list.

PERSONAL
Son of Lisa and Sheldon Carter … Business major … Chose Nevada because he liked how everything with the program was trending up … Also recruited by Fresno State, Air Force and Holy Cross … Lists Trent Williams as his sports hero … The most memorable moment of his pre-Nevada career was winning the CIF and state championships his sophomore year … Enjoys fishing, hanging out with family and friends and shoe collecting in his free time.
