Nich Yaver joins the Nevada football staff as the Senior Offensive Analyst in January of 2022.
Prior to joining Nevada, Yaver served as Quality Control Analyst with the University of Oregon football team from August 2019 to December 2021. He assisted the running backs coach with daily activities including recruiting, practice, and meetings.
As an undergraduate offensive assistant responsible for helping with the running backs, Yaver served in this role for two years (July 2017-July 2019) helping compile weekly scouting reports. He worked with NFL draft pick and program career-leader in rushing yards and TDs, Royce Freeman (3rd rd selection: Denver Broncos). Freeman was also second in PAC 12 history in career-rushing yards, and first in PAC 12 history in rushing TDs.
Yaver earned a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Economics and Business at the University of Oregon in August 2019.
