PRIOR TO NEVADA
Spent his first two seasons (2020-21) at Montana State before transferring to Texas State, where he played two seasons (2022-23) … Transitioned to defensive back ahead of the 2023 campaign, after playing wide receiver from 2021-22 … Saw action in 18 games over his two seasons at Texas State … Made 22 catches for 297 yards and three touchdowns in 2022, then played primarily on special teams after switching to defensive back in 2023 … As a receiver in 2022, he was one of three Bobcat receivers with at least two receiving touchdowns, and his 13.5 yards-per-reception ranked third on the team … Although Montana State did not play football in fall 2020/spring 2021, he was part of the 2020-21 team under Jeff Choate … Played in the first four games of Montana State’s 2021 campaign, in which the Bobcats reached the FCS Championship Game … Was named District MVP his senior season at Arlington (Texas) High School in fall 2019.
