Diablo Valley College: Attended Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Calif., as a multi-sport athlete … Was a member of the football team for two seasons before joining the baseball program in 2013 … Caught 75 passes for 800 yards as a sophomore in football, earning all-state and All-Mid-Empire Conference honors … In first season of baseball, led the team in doubles and triples while allowing 10 earned runs in over 30 innings on the mound.
