NEVADA
SENIOR (2018) – Started on the Wolf Pack offensive line, known as The Union, all 13 games of the season … Helped anchor an offensive line that ranked 14th in the FBS in the regular season, only allowing 1.17 sacks per game … Member of Nevada’s 2018 Arizona Bowl victory team.
 
JUNIOR (2017) – Fought injury throughout the season but played in eight games, making six starts for The Union … Made his Wolf Pack debut in the season opener at Northwestern (9/2) … Part of an offensive line unit that blocked for the No. 2 passing offense in the Mountain West at 270.4 yards per game and the fourth-best sacks against offensive line in the conference.
 
PRIOR TO NEVADA – Played two seasons at Victor Valley College … Earned an associate’s degree in liberal arts … Was a two-time first team all-conference selection and two-time first team all-state selection.
 
HIGH SCHOOL – Graduate of Patriot High School in Riverside, Calif.
 
PERSONAL – Son of Claudia and Jesse Palomares … Has two sisters, Amayda and Clarissa, and one brother, Adrian … Is majoring in human development and family studies … Would like to become a fire fighter after college … Chose Nevada because the feeling felt right and it is close to home for him … Also recruited by Purdue, New Mexico, UAB and Charlotte.
