University of Nevada Athletics

Policies for Appearances:

1. Completion of this form does not guarantee that University of Nevada can fulfill the request.
2. Appearances have a one-hour minimum requirement.
3. A private & lockable changing room is required for mascot. (NO public changing rooms)
4. Water must be provided for mascot.
5. A meal must be provided if the appearance is over one hour away or if it is during meal hours.
6. Applications must be received a minimum of four weeks in advance.
7. Confirmation will be made no less than two weeks after the form is submitted.
8. Commercial entities or personal requests per below indicated fees.
9. Departments of the University of Nevada or Non-Profits will be charged per below indicated fees.
10. Checks should be made payable to "Board of Regents"
11. Costumes and/or Uniforms will not be loaned or rented.
12. Requests that include the serving of alcohol will be denied.

Wolfie Jr. (costumed mascot) $150 per hour
Nevada Cheerleaders $100 per hr/per cheerleader (3 cheerleader minimum)
ALL - $1500 per hr

Departments of the University of Nevada/Non Profits
Alphie (costumed mascot) $50 for 2hrs, $50 per/hr every additional hr
Wolfie Jr. (costumed mascot) $50 per hour, $50 per/hr every additional hr
Nevada Cheerleaders $250 for 2hrs (5 cheerleaders), $150 per/hr every additional hr
