Biography

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2018) – Came back from injury from a year ago and served as both a second baseman and designated player for Nevada, making 39 appearances and 32 starts … Went 3-for-4 with a pair of home runs and three runs scored in Nevada’s series-clinching game against SDSU … Batted .533 and scored eight runs to go along with five RBIs at the Red Desert Classic … Came off the bench and drove in the game-tying and game-winning run in the bottom of the seventh to walk-off Fresno State … Put together an 11-game stretch during conference play where she batted .400 and launched two home runs, helping her record a .600 slugging percentage during that stretch … Logged a season-best four putouts and four assists in the second game of Nevada’s series against Boise State … Helped Nevada make back-to-back postseason appearances since the 2008-09 seasons … Letter winner.

SOPHOMORE (2017) – Sat out due to injury … Redshirted.

FRESHMAN (2016) – Part of the All-Mountain West academic team … Hit .345 with five home runs, 15 RBI and a .427 on-base percentage in her first season in Reno … Started and hit in the lead-off spot in all 42 games before going down with a season-ending injury against San Jose State … Started 28 games at second base and 14 at designated player … Safely reached base in the first 15 games of her college career … Posted a 13-game hitting streak, the second-longest of the season for the Wolf Pack … Racked up 13 multi-hit games … Hit three of her five home runs in conference play … Finished fourth on the team with 49 hits … Crossed the plate a career-best four times in a win at Santa Clara … Hit two home runs, including a walk-off shot in the bottom of the eighth, in a 4-3 victory over Boise State … Went 4-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored in Nevada’s series-opening win at UNLV … Registered her first three-hit game at Sacramento State.

HIGH SCHOOL – Earned four varsity letters at Norco HS for head coach Rick Robinson … Played a key role on Norco’s Big VIII Championship squads in 2014 and its 2013 team that advanced to the finals of the CIF Division I Playoffs … Won a Division I CIF championship in 2015 … Second-team All-Big VIII in 2012 and first-team All-Big VIII in 2015 … Played travel ball for the Orange County Batbusters, coach by Gary Haning and Mike Stith … Part of the Batbusters' 2014 and 2015 18U PGF National Championship team and its Boulder IDT Championship squad in 2013.

PERSONAL – Daughter of Rodney and Kristen Warner … Majoring in Public Health and wants to use her degree to study occupational therapy … Chose Nevada because “It has the college town feel and tradition I was looking for. I love the campus and all of its resources.” … Also recruited by Oregon, UCLA, SDSU, UC Riverside and Utah State.
