NEVADA
SENIOR (2018) – Named first-team All-Mountain West and shared the Golden Helmet Award with fellow senior Ty Gangi, awarded to the Wolf Pack’s Most Valuable Player … Finishing the season with 22 career sacks, which ranked fifth all-time at Nevada … Following the 2018 season, ranked first in the FBS in career forced fumbles (11), ninth in total sacks (22), and sixth in solo sacks (21) … Wrapped up the season ninth nationally and first in the Mountain West with four forced fumbles on the year … Finished the season first on the team and 27th nationally in tackles for loss (15.5) and 36th in the FBS in sacks (8.0) and was second on the team in tackles (77) … Part of a defense that ranked 12th in the FBS with 7.8 TFLs per game during the regular season … Made a season-high three tackles for loss in Nevada’s win at Air Force along with seven tackles … Reached his season-high of nine tackles twice, against Boise State and Colorado State … Tied his career-high with two forced fumbles at Air Force … Recorded a sack in eight of the 13 games he appeared in … Scored his first career touchdown on a 48-yard fumble recovery in a win against Oregon State … Made five solo tackles in the 2018 Arizona Bowl victory … Placed on preseason watch lists for the Bednarik Award and Bronko Nagurski Award ... JUNIOR (2017) – Selected to the All-Mountain West first team … Given Nevada’s Hustle Award for his efforts on defense … Started all 12 games for Nevada … Produced 49 tackles on the year, 10.0 of which went for a loss totaling 67 yards … Recorded 8.0 sacks on the year, which ranked third in the Mountain West and was in the top 25 nationally … His 8.0 sacks and 10.0 TFLs set new single season career highs … Notched a season-high 3.5 sacks and 4.5 TFLs in the win over San Jose State (11/11) … Had two sacks in the win over Hawai’i (10/7) … Forced four fumbles on the year, tops in the conference and eighth-best in the nation … Had one pass break up in the season finale win over UNLV (11/25) … Registered an 11-tackle performance against Air Force (10/20) that included a sack and a forced fumble … Enters his senior season ranked 11th in career sacks (14.0) … Earned All-Mountain West academic honors.
 
SOPHOMORE (2016) – Earned second team All-Mountain West honors for the first time in his career and was named second team All-MW by Phil Steele … Set a career high with nine tackles against Fresno State (10/8) with three tackles for loss, also a career high … Recorded a career-high two sacks against Wyoming (10/22) … Finished the year with 59 tackles, 44 of those being solo … Had a total of five sacks on the year and 9.5 tackles for loss … Forced three fumbles, including two at Hawai’i (10/1), which ranked 27th in the nation and third in the conference … Played and started in all 12 games of the year … Pack’s defensive player of the week following the Fresno State victory … Named the team’s outstanding defensive player and earned the Pack’s defensive full speed effort award … Letter winner.
 
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2015) - Saw action in all 13 games … Posted 18 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack and one pass breakup … Tallied his first career start against Pac-12 foe Arizona … Tallied a season-high five tackles with 1.5 TFL against Arizona … Posted two tackles and his first career sack against rivals UNLV … Opened the season with two tackles and one TFL against UC Davis … Saw action in Nevada’s victory in the 2015 Arizona Bowl … Earned Academic All-Mountain West honors … Letter winner.
