2011 (Jr.): Started nine games and made 17 appearances on the hill in his first year at Nevada after transferring from Fresno City College ... 17 were tied for third most on the team and nine starts were second most ... posted a 2-6 record, but was arguably the Pack[apos]s most effective pitcher down the stretch ... ranked in just about every category in the WAC posting the ninth lowest ERA and held batters to the third lowest average at .243 ... 27 batters struck out looking were the second most in the conference, 64 hits allowed were the second fewest by one, 40 runs allowed the ninth fewest, five doubles allowed were the fewest allowed, 28 walks were the sixth fewest, 34 runs allowed were the eighth fewest and three home runs given up were the fifth fewest ... pitched even better in conference play earning both of his wins and posting the sixth lowest ERA in the conference at 3.54 ... 40.20 innings pitched in WAC play were the third most and 6.78 innings per game were a conference-high ... two complete games were tied with teammate Tom Jameson for the most on the Pack staff ... was named WAC Pitcher of the Week (May 2-8) after a career-best performance vs. Hawai[apos]i (5/5) when he threw a complete-game shutout and held Hawai[apos]i to just three hits (all singles) in seven innings of work ... followed that performance with a complete-game loss to Sacramento State (5/13) in which he gave up four runs on ten hits in nine innings in Nevada[apos]s 4-2 loss ... struck out a season-high eight hitters in 7.2 innings in his first victory of the year over New Mexico State (4/22) ... earned second-team All-WAC SP honors ... earned first Nevada letter.

Fresno City College
Played two years for Coach Ron Scott at Fresno City College...struck out 50 batters and posted a 1.79 ERA in 2010.

High School
Lettered four years in soccer and two years in baseball at Bullard High School in Fresno, Calif...pitched for Coach Chad Thornhill earning CMAC Pitcher of the Year honors.
